Kurashikku Junmai Sake is a dry sake to be served chilled or on the rocks. Junmai is a classification of sake brewed using only 30-40% polished rice, spring water, Koji, and yeast. No alcohol is added. Full in body with mild acidity. This dry sake goes well with a wide variety of foods.
