Lamberti Spumante Rose is a dry sparkling rosé from the Veneto region of northeast Italy. Established in 1964, The House of Lamberti stands on the shores of Lake Garda in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Named after one of Verona's oldest families, whose name graces the famous tower in the city's Piazza delle Erbe, this innovative winery is credited with having re-vitalized classic wines from this area. Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero and Raboso fruit in equal parts is sourced from the best hillside vineyards across Treviso in the Veneto. Red fruit is vinified with the saigné method. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in closed pressure tanks via the Charmat method to obtain a fine mousse. This sparkling wine gem received an 89-point score from Wine & Spirits and 88 points from Antonio Galloni for Parker's Wine Advocate.
Lamberti Spumante Rose is salmon-pink in color with enticing aromas of apples, cherries, mineral and floral notes. Crisp and refreshing, moderately dry with medium body, this sparkling wine is richly textured with bright flavors of apples, raspberries and almonds. It is beautifully balanced with a long, satisfying finish.
Enjoy Lamberti Spumante Rose with shrimp, filet of sole, chicken salad, mild cheeses and light desserts.
