Airlie Winemaker Elizabeth Clark visited the store in April 2015 and immediately sold me on two of her Oregon whites. Airlie Pinot Gris shows citrus and spice notes balanced by a bracing minerality. Stainless steel fermentation allows for a pure expression of fruit with an acidity that pairs well with cream-based chicken and seafood dishes.
