Cold soak skin contact and vinification at 17°C.
Lykos Malagousia is a bright golden-green color with intensely complex aromas of citrus, pineapple, apricot and peach. Cool, with pleasant acidity, exceptionally balanced palate and long aftertaste.
Lykos Malagousia goes well with seafood dishes, such as lobster pasta, charcoal-grilled wild sea bream and grilled calamari. Vegetable risotto, lemon chicken and pasta with white sauces. Enjoy it at 10°C.
