Vinification: Grapes are manually collected between september and October, according to the maturation of different varieties. Rasps are taken away, and the wine ferments at controlled temperature of 22-25°C and it rests for 20 days on the skins
Aging: It matures for two years on its fine leeds, while a small part rests for 12 months in oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 13%
Characteristics: Red ruby color, with slight grenade shades, has rich and intense nose, with hints of red fruits and a crachteristic spicy note. Tastes soft, full bodied and fresh, with good balance and sweet tannins. Well accompanies tasty cheese, traditional pasta dishes and cured or simply cooked meats.Served ay 16-18° goes well with aged cheese and meats, game meat pasta dishes and meat dishes in general. It exalts on roasted lamb and chicken.
