Coste della Sesia, Piedmont, Italy
Cantina Delsignore Rosé is a beautiful food-friendly dry rosé wine from Piedmont made of 100% Nebbiolo. Attilio Delsignore founded Cantina Delsignore in 1960 after marrying into the Nervi family, longtime owners of vineyards in Gattinara. The denomination Coste della Sesia belongs to a special area at the beginning of Valsesia in the northwest of Piedmont, which is located on the right and left banks of the Sesia River.
Delsignore Rosé is bright soft pink with shades of red onion skin. On the nose it is intense, slightly fruity, with hints of bread crusts and yeast. On the palate it is dry and refreshing, lingering long in perfect harmony, with hints of small red fruits and delicate bitter almonds.
Delsignore Rosé is an ideal match for salami, roast chicken, cheeses, risotto and BBQ. Enjoy over the next 2-3 years.
