Slow Wine 2019 Cantina Premiata!
Col di Corte Anno Uno Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi is a white wine gem from the Marche region of central Italy, made from the first grapes picked from the estate's younger vines. The winery is situated in the Marche region on the northern shore of the river Esino, where territorial and climatic conditions offer the wines particular features the winery tries to maintain and pass on to those who drink them. They have been working both in the vineyard and in the winery following biological/organic farming since 2012. Estate produced and bottled, this wine was fermented and aged in steel tanks for at least 12 months on the fine lees. 100% Verdicchio, Certified Organic by CCPB.
Col di Corte Anno Uno Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi is medium-bodied with crisp acidity and good structure. Apricots, peaches, minerals, mint, almonds and flowers all come across the nose and palate in this soft, caressing white. The wine is well balanced to enjoy now and over the next 3-5 years. It is clean and refreshing on the palate, and leaves a long, pleasing finish.
Enjoy Col di Corte Anno Uno Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi as a refreshing summer aperitif wine and with grilled chicken, filet of sole, pastas and salads.
