Humberto Canale Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful white wine gem from the southern reaches of Argentina. The Canale Family vineyards in the Rio Negro Valley of Patagonia are among the most southerly in the world. A dry growing season with hot days and cold nights helps produce wonderfully ripe and generous fruit. Harvested in the first week in March, the berries are carefully handpicked in small containers and promptly delivered to the winery, just 1 km from the vineyard.
Humberto Canale Estate Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from estate vineyards in General Roca, Alto Valle del Río Negro, Patagonia. The wine shows a pale yellow hue, with greenish reflections. The bouquet shows off all the varietal characteristics: citrus at the start and then nuances of pineapple, mango and passion fruit. It is dry and round in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a long finish.
Humberto Canale Estate Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with steamed and grilled fish, roast chicken, salads, and seafood.
