Gruet Brut Methode Champenoise Rosé is a great sparkling wine to enjoy whenever you're in the mood for Champagne but prefer to spend less than half the price per bottle. New Mexico has a winemaking tradition dating back to 1580. The same three grape varietals and fermentation process used in the Champagne region of France have been replicated at the Gruet Winery in New Mexico. The cooler climate relative to California produces a Pinot Noir of intense fruit. The Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir.
Gruet Brut Rosé is dry, elegant and delicious. The Brut Rosé offers a crisp and full-bodied sparkling wine with rich complexity and fine mousse. The allure of a toasty finish from twenty-four months on tirage is a complement to the sophisticated apple and citrus flavors. A beautiful garnet in color, it has a number of aromatics from simple floral notes to mouthwatering strawberry, all while maintaining a zesty acidity and delicate finish. Excellent to start off a party, toast a special moment, or enjoy with an entire meal. Cheers!
